Submit an online Reservation Request or call/text us at (940) 240-6230 to communicate with one of our representatives, who will check your requested date availability, and help answer any other questions you may have and/or book your party or event.
Your party is booked once your security deposit and invoice are paid in full, online.
Additional communication will be received at the beginning of the week of your event, as well as contact with you to schedule / update pick-up and drop-off details.

Gigi's DIY Parties, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with Gigi's DIY Parties, LLC as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. No mobile information is shared with third parties / affiliates for marketing / promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted.

The purpose of the opt-in checkbox on the Reservation Request: This provides consent to receive text messages from Gigi's DIY Parties, LLC, as it relates to party and event rental communication. Consent is optional. Customers may Opt-Out by texting 940-240-6230 and letting Gigi's DIY Parties, LLC know you no longer consent to receive text messages from our company. You may also text HELP to 940-240-6230 for additional help from a member of the company's team.

TEXTING OPT-IN CONSENT

By providing your cell phone number using our online Reservation Request form or by contacting us directly via text message or phone call at 940-240-6230, you are opting-in / providing consent to receive communications via phone call and/or text message from our company for the duration of all business interactions.

For your privacy, phone numbers are not shared with 3rd parties. Message / data rates may apply. All communication will be business related, for the rental process. You may opt out of consent for text messages by providing a written request through email at info@gigisdiyparties.com or texting your request to 940-240-6230.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rental Agreement

The Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Gigi’s DIY Parties, LLC ("Company") and the individual or entity renting the equipment ("Renter"). By signing the Agreement, the Renter agrees to the terms and conditions set forth below.

Equipment Rented

The equipment to be rented ("Equipment") is listed on the invoice and/or delivery confirmation document, which is incorporated into the Agreement.

Rental Period

The rental period begins on the date and time the Equipment is picked up by the Renter or delivered to the Renter and ends when the Equipment is returned to the Company.

If the Equipment is not returned by the agreed-upon time and day, the Renter may be charged a late return fee of $50 per day until the Equipment is returned.
If the Equipment is not returned within three (3) days of the agreed-upon return date, the Renter will be charged the full replacement cost of the Equipment.

Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk

The Renter assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with the use, operation, and possession of the Equipment.
The Renter assumes full responsibility for the safe and proper setup, operation, and supervision of the Equipment. The Company is not responsible for injury, damage, or failure resulting from improper use or failure to follow any instructions provided.
The Company, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use or misuse of the Equipment, regardless of cause.
In no event shall the Company’s liability exceed the total rental fees paid by the Renter. The Company shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind.

Indemnification Clause

The Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses resulting from the use of the rented Equipment, including but not limited to claims of injury or property damage.

Equipment Inspection and Acknowledgment

The Renter acknowledges that all Equipment was inspected and deemed to be in good working order at the time of receipt.
Any damages or defects must be reported to the Company immediately upon receipt of the Equipment.

Prohibited Uses

The Equipment shall not be used in any manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, in unlawful activities, or under unsafe conditions. Unsafe conditions include, but are not limited to extreme weather, inadequate supervision, or unauthorized modifications to the Equipment.
If the Equipment is used in the presence of minors, the Renter agrees to ensure that all minors are always adequately supervised by a responsible adult.
The Renter may not relocate, sublease, or loan the Equipment to any third party or any other address than the originally agreed-upon event location without prior written consent from the Company.
Violations of this provision will result in immediate termination of the Agreement, and the Renter will be liable for any resulting damages.

Equipment Damage, Loss, Cleaning, and Replacement Costs

The Renter agrees to return all Equipment in the same condition as received, including being clean and free of debris.
If the Equipment is returned in a dirty or unsanitary condition, the Renter may be charged a cleaning fee at the discretion of the Company.
In the event of damage, loss, or theft of the Equipment, the Renter authorizes the Company to charge the card on file for the full cost of repair or replacement, as determined solely by the Company.
Charges for damages or losses will be processed within five (5) business days of the Equipment’s return, and an itemized invoice will be provided to the Renter.

Credit Card Authorization for Damage

The Company may decide prior to releasing the Equipment that they will conduct a credit card authorization to verify sufficient funds to cover the full replacement cost of the Equipment.
- This authorization does not result in a charge unless the Equipment is returned damaged, inoperable, lost, or not returned at all.
By signing the Agreement between the Renter and Gigi's DIY Parties LLC, the Renter consents to this authorization and any subsequent charges necessary to cover damages or losses.

Payment Terms and Rental Deposit

Payment for the rental fee must be made in full prior to the delivery or pickup of the Equipment.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and other methods agreed upon in writing by the Company.
Applicable taxes and additional fees, if any, will be disclosed at the time of booking and included in the final invoice.
Any unpaid balance after the due date will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
A security deposit is required to hold the booking and must be paid using valid credit or debit card. This deposit will serve as security for the equipment and is fully refundable within five (5) business days after the Equipment is returned and deemed to be in good working order.
If the booking is cancelled 21 days or more before the scheduled event, the deposit will be fully refunded.
If the booking is cancelled 15 to 20 days before the event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled within 14 days, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by events beyond its control, including acts of God, weather conditions, or governmental restrictions.

Governing Law, Venue, and Legal Fees

The Agreement is governed by the laws in the state of Texas, in which the Company is registered.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Company’s jurisdiction.
The prevailing party in any legal dispute or collection action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and collection expenses.

Duration of Agreement

Once signed, the Agreement remains in effect for 365 days from the date of signing and shall apply to any and all Equipment rentals by the same exact Renter during that period.
The Agreement will be kept on file and will govern all rentals unless otherwise terminated or amended in writing.

Severability

If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

RENTAL, PICK-UP, and DROP-OFF POLICIES

Prior to Pick-Up appointment being set, the following items are required:
- Signed contract by responsible party / client completed and on file.
- Security Deposit is paid in full.
- Rental Invoice is paid in full.

A security deposit is required for all party equipment rentals. Generally, the deposit will be approximately $35 per weekend rental but could be more for larger/more expensive equipment rentals.

For weekend rental scheduling:
- Pick-Up is generally on Friday.
- Drop-Off at the original Friday Pick-Up location is expected no later than Monday at 7:00pm.
- Earlier drop-off is available if necessary. Simply communicate your need.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your Gigi's DIY Parties, LLC rental reservation.
There will be a $50 cancellation fee (plus any applicable bank processing fees) for all parties or events cancelled after payment is received.
There will be a $100 cancellation fee for all parties or events cancelled after payment is received and within 15 days of scheduled event.
NO REFUND available for customer cancellation within 14 days of your event.
Gigi's DIY Parties, LLC will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty, to another date should cancellation be necessary due to weather related issues.

DAMAGE AND/OR INJURY

Neither Gigi's DIY Parties, LLC nor any of its employees, agents or contractors shall be responsible for any damage to property resulting in use of equipment in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage, such as water sprinkler heads, flowerbeds, decor, lawn equipment, etc.

Additionally, Gigi's DIY Parties, LLC reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card or invoice client, and client agrees to pay for damages, theft or loss to equipment resulting from accidental, careless or willful damage of same by client’s guests. Equipment shall include, but not be limited to, indoor/outdoor games, concession/snack machines, backyard movie theater items, inflatable chairs / projector screens / games, slumber party tents and accessories, Nerf battle equipment, toddler toys, and tables & chairs.

Gigi's DIY Parties, LLC, or their employees, agents or contractors assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained during transport, on the client's property, or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host of the event.

BAD WEATHER NOTICE

There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and our equipment. If the possibility of severe weather threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated heavy weather event), please contact us to begin the rescheduling process.
