At gigisdiyparties.com, we specialize in providing quality DIY party rentals and event equipment for all types of gatherings. Whether you're planning a family gathering or a corporate event, we have the items to meet your needs. Our easy pick-up/drop-off business model ensures a seamless process for booking everything from tables and chairs to fun movie nights, outdoor gaming inflatables, and sleepover tent bundles! We cater to a variety of needs, including grand opening equipment such as red carpet packages, drink dispensers, and snack machines—so feel free to inquire! Check out our various pricing packages for the type of event equipment you're interested in. You can submit an online Reservation Request or call/text us at (940) 240-6230 to communicate with one of our representatives. They will check the availability of your requested date and help answer any questions you may have or assist in booking your party or event. Your party is officially booked once your security deposit and invoice are paid in full online. Expect additional communication at the beginning of the week of your event, including details for scheduling and updating pick-up and drop-off.

Party Equipment Rentals for Events in/around Justin, TX

  • Prior to Pick-Up appointment being set, the following items are required:
    • Signed contract by responsible party / client completed and on file.
    • Security Deposit is paid in full.
    • Rental Invoice is paid in full.
  • A security deposit is required for all party equipment rentals. Generally, the deposit will be approximately $35 per weekend rental but could be more for larger/more expensive equipment rentals.
  • For weekend rental scheduling:
    • Pick-Up is generally on Friday.
    • Drop-Off at the original Friday Pick-Up location is expected no later than Monday at 7:00pm.
    • Earlier drop-off is available if necessary. Simply communicate your need.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your Gigi's DIY Parties, LLC rental reservation. 
  • There will be a $50 cancellation fee (plus any applicable bank processing fees) for all parties or events cancelled after payment is received. 
  • There will be a $100 cancellation fee for all parties or events cancelled after payment is received and within 15 days of scheduled event. 
  • NO REFUND available for customer cancellation within 14 days of your event.
  • Gigi's DIY Parties, LLC will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty, to another date should cancellation be necessary due to weather related issues. 

DAMAGE AND/OR INJURY

Neither Gigi's DIY Parties, LLC nor any of its employees, agents or contractors shall be responsible for any damage to property resulting in use of equipment in a specific location.  This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage, such as water sprinkler heads, flowerbeds, decor, lawn equipment, etc.


Additionally, Gigi's DIY Parties, LLC reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card or invoice client, and client agrees to pay for damages, theft or loss to equipment resulting from accidental, careless or willful damage of same by client’s guests.  Equipment shall include, but not be limited to, indoor/outdoor games, concession/snack machines, backyard movie theater items, inflatable chairs / projector screens / games, slumber party tents and accessories, Nerf battle equipment, toddler toys, and tables & chairs.


Gigi's DIY Parties, LLC, or their employees, agents or contractors assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained during transport, on the client's property, or their designated location.  All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host of the event.

BAD WEATHER NOTICE

There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and our equipment. If the possibility of severe weather threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated heavy weather event), please contact us to begin the rescheduling process. 

SUPERVISED CHILDREN NOTICE

Gigi's DIY Parties, LLC does require a parent or responsible adult to be present when age-appropriate equipment is in use at all times. Children are never permitted to use items designed for adult use only, such as Popcorn machines, Snow Cone machines, Hot Dog rollers, and Cotton Candy makers. An adult is responsible for the set-up and tear-down of all rental equipment.
